Note: Credit Union checks that don't specifically say 'Cashier Check' are considered regular company checks, and will be held for 10 business days prior to shipping.

Wire transfers:

Orders

Order Acceptance Policy:
All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. The right to accept or decline your order is reserved at the discretion of management. 

Order Cancellation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please call our Customer Service dept. for assistance at: 1-888-747-1848 or email us at sales@quicklamps.com. "Special order" items, may be assessed a cancellation fee. When an order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will take effect. eBay orders may NOT be cancelled, per eBay's legal terms and agreements.

Order Processing time
Please note that orders are shipped from multiple locations around the country. Those orders shipping from our local Miami warehouse will generally ship within 2-3 business days. Orders shipping directly from a manufacturer’s warehouse will ship within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped along with tracking information.

International Orders
:
quicklamps.com does not currently accept any orders outside the United States. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for further information.

  
Returns and exchanges

QuickLamps.com offers a 30 day return policy for most items sold on our website provided the following terms are met:
 
In the case of any product(s) being returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be complete, in original re-saleable condition with all packaging materials. Products that have been installed or are not in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please do not return a package until you have obtained Return Authorization (RA)#. Any item returned to us without an RA# may experience long delays in getting processed or refused all together. Be sure to properly package your return to avoid damage. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package, at full value. Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system such as UPS, Fedex or USPS. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer.

To request an RA#, please login to “my account” with your user name (your registered Email address) and password. From the menu, select “return a product.”  There you will fill out a short form. Please be sure to be as specific as possible regarding the reason for the return. In most cases if you are experiencing a problem, your issue can be resolved without sending the unit back to us. We will reply to your request within 1 business day with any instructions you may need. Because our merchandise is shipped from several remote warehouses, make sure you wait for instructions as returns will generally be sent back to the original warehouse.

To cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible at (888) 747-1848 so we can expedite the cancellation process for you.

Refunds:
All returns for refund within 30 days are eligible for a 100% refund (minus shipping and handling charges and re-stocking fees, if any) per our terms.
All refused packages will be subject to a refund minus two way shipping charges.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

  • Credit Card payments will be refunded via direct credit to the same credit card.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal to the same email account.
  • Google payments will be refunded directly through Google.
  • Money Orders and Cashier Check payments will be issued a refund by company check.
  • Wire transfer will be issued a refund by company check.

Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable

Holiday return policy:
Our 30 day return policy will be extended for the holiday season each year. All purchases made from Thanksgiving Day through Dec. 24th, will have until January 25th of the following year to return a purchase under our normal return policy procedures.

Shipping

Please note all our shipments are made with either UPS, or another trucking company of our choice.
We at QuickLamps.com will always have sole discretion as to which delivery company to use for your order.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. Weekend deliveries are currently not available.

Your order will be shipped within a few days of order date from one of numerous warehouses.

Orders are shipped fully insured

UPS:
We use UPS Services for daily pickups of our shipments. Our UPS shipping charges are calculated by our 'shipping calculator', and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order.

Motor Freight:
We use this method of shipping for items that are either excessive in size or in weight, and are only available to the lower 48 States within the continental USA.

USPS:
At this time, USPS is not a shipping option, making deliveries to PO boxes as well as APO/military addresses not possible. A physical shipping address will be required on all orders.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department by email support@quicklamps.com
